Responding to Workplace Harassment

Peter Lowe will present at the Maine Local Government Human Resource Association’s workplace harassment training on August 14. In his session, “Responding to Workplace Harassment: Legal Standards and Best Practices,” Peter will offer practical guidance on employer obligations when a complaint is received, including best practices for investigation, documentation, and timely response.
