Plan Now for New California Privacy Regulations

This summer, the California Privacy Protection Agency (Agency) approved final regulations (Regulations) governing automated decision-making technology (ADMT), including artificial intelligence and other automated tools, cybersecurity audits, and the privacy risk assessment process. While the Regulations are not final until approved by the California Office of Administrative Law, approval is likely, which makes it worth looking ahead. We know this is a lot to process, but that’s a good reason to start early. Read more here.
