Brann & Isaacson Panel at the NEMOA National Summit

Category:

Kevin Haley, David Swetnam-Burland, and David Joyce recently participated in the National Etailing and Mailing Organization of America (NEMOA) National Summit. They led a well-attended “Ask Us Anything” session on tariffs, refund claims, and emerging risks.

Held as the first session following opening remarks, the discussion reflected the urgency of these issues for today’s e-commerce and direct marketing businesses. The panel explored the implications of the Supreme Court’s recent decision on IEEPA tariffs and offered practical guidance for retailers, marketers, and supply chain partners. The session drew a packed room and a highly engaged audience.

“These issues are unfolding in real time for businesses across the country,” said Kevin Haley. “We’re working closely with clients on this every day, and the session created a valuable forum for everyone in the room to step back, identify emerging patterns, and talk through the practical ways companies are responding.”
