B&I University: Federal Trade and Texas Marketing Policy

Category:

We’ve updated our upcoming webinar agenda in response to an influx of client questions about a fast-moving marketing development in Texas.

B&I University’s upcoming webinar on September 17 will address two recent developments. Partner Kevin Haley will cover the potentially beneficial changes to the Qualified Small Business Tax Credit in the wake of OBBBA (the One Big Beautiful Bill Act) which changes are intended, in part, to expand the pool of companies eligible to benefit from the credit.

Following Kevin, Partner Nat Bessey will now address a new marketing development out of Texas that is taking ecommerce by storm, including the state’s effort to expand its onerous telemarketing requirements to include text and digital marketing. We look forward to providing you timely insights on both of these important topics.

B&I University: September 17, noon EST (30-45 minutes pending questions)
